He has a handcuff on his wrist. He wasn't sure what the material was made out of... and I don't know, either... but it looks like he's spent years trying to break it free.

[ A beat. ] It looks pretty high-tech... and futuristic. I don't know if any, uh, weapon I know could break it... but I do think we can get him free of it another way.
